This course in Stakeholder Management for Specialists is developed for those of you who work with
complex collaboration surfaces every day - and who often experience that your knowledge, recommendations and messages are not
understood or prioritized by the organization.
The day provides participants with a practical approach to how to strengthen collaboration across
the organization by understanding your stakeholders and learning to communicate more precisely and navigate the
conflicts that naturally arise across professional boundaries.
Through exercises, dialogue and a game-based simulation, participants learn to translate their own
expertise into relevant information for other professional groups and to work constructively with resistance.
The Enneagram is included as an easy and useful tool for understanding different work and
communication styles, so that everyday collaboration becomes more smooth and effective.
