CISL Stakeholder Management is a one-day course targeted at CISOs and cyber leaders who want to improve their ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes, create strategic value, and achieve influence within the organization.
The course builds on the CISL approach that Cyber Resilience is created through leadership, relationships, clear communication and the ability to engage stakeholders across the organization. Based on practical cases, participants are trained to create a connection between
risk understanding, business logic, stakeholder needs and organizational dynamics.
Participants are introduced to the Enneagram as a tool for creating buy-in, managing conflict, and influencing decisions. Through practical exercises, participants gain a deeper understanding of both their own
leadership behavior and how to influence the stakeholders and dynamics that are important to their ability to achieve impact in the organization.
