About the course
This course is developed for teams and groups that work in a context with complex collaboration surfaces and that depend on support, prioritization and collaboration from other parts of the organization to succeed.
Whether you are a specialist, project manager, team leader or formal leader, the ability to understand and influence your stakeholders is crucial to creating results. Many people experience that their messages, recommendations or professional assessments are not understood, prioritized or translated into action. Often this is not due to a lack of professionalism, but differences in perspectives, needs, interests and communication methods.
The course provides participants with a practical approach to stakeholder management with a focus on relationships, influence, communication and conflict management. Based on their own stakeholders, cases, dialogue and simulation exercises, participants work to strengthen their ability to achieve impact.
As part of the course, participants are introduced to the Enneagram as a practical tool for understanding different work and communication styles. Participants gain insight into their own preferences and learn how to adapt their communication and collaboration to different stakeholder types.
