Copenhagen Talent House
Copenhagen Talent House is a Danish knowledge house for recruitment, leadership development and competence enhancement within Cybersecurity. We work from a clear conviction: The work with Cybersecurity depends on people. It is carried by the leaders and specialists who have to make critical decisions every day in a complex and constantly changing cyber landscape.
Our journey
In 2018, we specialized in cybersecurity recruitment, but quickly realized that the industry needed much more than skilled specialists. It needed strong leaders with the skills to navigate strategically and organizationally to maintain a sustainable work environment.
That's why we launched the CISL (Cyber Information Security Leader) program and since then a series of courses and education programs that strengthen the cyber robustness of leaders, teams and organizations.
Today, we have become Copenhagen Talent House – a unified knowledge house for talent development and competency enhancement in cybersecurity.

To strengthen the people who make up the cyber industry – through targeted recruitment, leadership development, coaching and upskilling.
