Collection and handling of data

Copenhagen Talent House uses various methods to find the right candidates for clients. All personal data collected as part of this process (name, position, workplace and contact information) is processed and stored correctly. This information will be stored for as long as necessary for the specific task. Copenhagen Talent House reserves the right to store information about individuals who have clearly expressed a desire not to be contacted in the future, in order to avoid future disruption.

Copenhagen Talent House informs about consent to storage and processing of CVs before they are received from candidates. This means that when candidates send their CV, Copenhagen Talent House obtains consent to storage and processing of the given CV. This consent is stored until further agreement.

As part of the further recruitment process, personal data will also include, for example, personality and IQ tests, certificates, diplomas and transcripts, criminal records, references and notes from interviews taken by a Copenhagen Talent House employee.

Storage of sensitive personal data

Copenhagen Talent House is both the data controller and processor of all personal data collected as part of our recruitment process.

The personal data, mentioned above, is stored correctly and in accordance with the GDPR. Copenhagen Talent House uses the following supplier for correct storage; Ponty and Tresorit.
Furthermore, there are clear internal procedures for receiving, processing, storing and disposing of personal data collected by Copenhagen Talent House. Every employee at Copenhagen Talent House is aware of and subject to these procedures.

Tresorit

Tresorit is a cloud-based service provider that enables Copenhagen Talent House to share files and collaborate with partners and employees with cryptographic end-to-end security.

Tresorit encrypts all transmissions of information using Secure Socket Layer technology (SSL). The encrypted content and corresponding encryption keys can only be decrypted by Copenhagen Talent House and individuals with whom Copenhagen Talent House expressly chooses to share.

Disclosure of personal data
Upon receipt of a CV, the candidate gives Copenhagen Talent House consent to disclose the CV to a third party as part of a recruitment process. The exchange of personal data (e.g. CVs) together with other communication between Copenhagen Talent House and the third party will only take place through encrypted services previously described.

When a third party receives personal data from Copenhagen Talent House, the third party will be the independent data controller.
