About the course

NIS2 is no longer an upcoming directive. For many organizations, it has become a concrete management and business challenge that requires action. At the same time, many companies are experiencing increasing demands from customers, partners and authorities for documented cybersecurity and risk management.

For some organizations, the challenge is understanding whether they are directly covered by NIS2. For others, it is about managing the requirements that come indirectly through customers and supply chains. The question common to many is: What do the requirements actually mean in practice, and how do we get started?

This course provides participants with a practical overview of the NIS2 Directive and the requirements that come with it. We review the key provisions, risk management requirements, management responsibilities and the most common areas where organizations experience compliance gaps.

The focus is not on law or detailed interpretations, but on how organizations translate NIS2 into concrete activities, priorities and improvements. Participants gain an understanding of how to assess their current situation, identify any gaps and establish a realistic roadmap towards compliance.

The course combines theory, dialogue and practical examples, so that participants get a useful starting point for further work in their own organization.
