This course provides a practical and in-depth introduction to advanced methods in industrial IT and OT security. Through realistic red and blue teaming exercises, participants work to identify, exploit, and address vulnerabilities in real ICS and SCADA environments, providing a deep understanding of how modern cyber threats are evolving in industrial control systems.
The course strengthens your skills in designing and implementing effective defense strategies in OT networks, monitoring and analyzing abnormal activity in industrial systems, and planning and executing advanced security tests.
Participants also gain insight into how industrial networks can be attacked and compromised without being detected – a central discipline in modern industrial cybersecurity and the understanding of the attacker's method.
Delivered by leading experts from the ICS Range, the course combines practical experience with deep technical knowledge in OT and ICS security, enabling participants to actively improve security levels in critical infrastructure and industrial environments.
Skills in planning and conducting advanced security tests (OT penetration tests), knowledge and tools to design and implement robust defense strategies in industrial control systems (ICS/SCADA) as well as methods to track down and analyze attackers in networks, e.g. using ICS Honeypots.
You will also gain hands-on experience working in realistic OT environments as well as free trial access to the ICS Range training platform so you can continue your industrial cybersecurity training after the course.
The course is an important step towards meeting current requirements for critical infrastructure, including the NIS2 Directive and the CER Directive, as well as strengthening OT security in industrial environments.
You will gain insight into how organizations can map and assess risks in OT networks and industrial control systems, as well as how to build more robust and resilient systems against cyber attacks.
The course helps you make your business and critical services more secure through practical methods in industrial IT and OT security.
