The course explores best practices in crisis management and business continuity – and how to ensure organizational resilience in crisis situations. Participants are introduced to models and plans for crisis management and disaster recovery with a focus on the importance of training, effective communication, ownership and clear escalation paths.
The course provides inspiration for how continuous training can be implemented with simple methods and the use of gamification to strengthen the organization’s resilience over time. Through a realistic crisis simulation, participants have the opportunity to test their ability to navigate through a series of events and remain calm under pressure. They receive feedback on their communication, collaboration and leadership with the aim of increasing self-awareness and improving the ability to lead effectively through crises with minimal impact on the organization.
